Direct Safety® Adjustable Gate Valve Lockout adjusts to fit gate valve hand wheels from 1"- 6.5". The device features durable plastic (polyurethane) construction and can withstand temperatures from -13 to 1940F. The device accommodates up to 4 padlocks, with a maximum shackle diameter of 3/8".

Direct Safety® Plug Lockout prevents electrical cords from being inserted into an outlet during maintenance or repair operations. The lockout is made in the USA from recycled plastic. The universal fit closure accepts most cords and plugs. The device accommodates 3 padlocks with shackles up to 9/16" diameter. Anti-pry tabs secure lids for maximum protection, and the tapered design can be nested. The device includes an English/Spanish bilingual instructional label, which reads, "DO NOT PLUG IN". Direct Safety® Clamp-On Circuit Breaker Lockouts fit different circuit breakers as needed. The lockout accommodates 1 padlock, with shackles up to 9/32". The thumbscrew feature allows the device to be installed quickly and easily. The lockout is made from durable plastic (polypropylene) and nylon.

This Zing™ Lockout Cabinet (stocked) stores and organizes lockout devices. The inner shelf features 14 slots for extra storage of padlocks and hasps, and the inside door houses lockout tags and ties. A lockable hasp is included for extra security. The cabinet is made in the USA from recycled stainless steel and is pre-drilled for easy mounting. The station is UL validated for high recycled content, and supports sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. The cabinet measures 17"H x 15-1/4"W x 5-1/2"D and includes 37 components.
