Zing™ RecycLockout™ Lockout Cabinet: Aluminum Padlocks, Stocked

This Zing™ Lockout Cabinet (stocked) stores and organizes lockout devices. The inner shelf features 14 slots for extra storage of padlocks and hasps, and the inside door houses lockout tags and ties. A lockable hasp is included for extra security. The cabinet is made in the USA from recycled stainless steel and is pre-drilled for easy mounting. The station is UL validated for high recycled content, and supports sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. The cabinet measures 17"H x 15-1/4"W x 5-1/2"D and includes 37 components.

Cabinet contents include:

• 2 Aluminum Padlocks, 1.5" shackle, keyed different with 1 key per padlock, color red
• 2 Aluminum Padlocks, 3" shackle, keyed different with 1 key per padlock, color red
• 2 Small Steel Hasps, 1" closed hole, accommodates up to 6 padlocks with shackle diameter up to 3/8"
• 2 Large Steel Hasps, 1.5" closed hole, accommodates up to 6 padlocks with shackle diameter up to 3/8"
• 1 Small Plug Lockout, universal fit closure accepting up to 1/2" dia. cord and 2"W x 3"L plugs, accommodates up to 3 padlocks with shackle diameter up to 9/16"
• 1 Large Plug Lockout, universal fit closure accepting up to 1-1/4" dia. cord and 3"W x 5-1/2"L plugs, accommodates up to 3 padlocks with shackle diameter up to 9/16"
• 1 Small Valve Lockout, fits 1" - 2.5" valves, accommodates up to 3 padlocks with shackle diameter up to 3/8" dia.
• 1 Large Valve Lockout, fits 2.5" - 5" valves, accommodates up to 3 padlocks with shackle diameter up to 3/8"
• 1 Cylinder Lockout, fits over neck rings up to 3-1/2" dia. and valve stems to 1-1/4". Accommodates 1 padlock with shackles to shackle diameter up to 9/16"
• 2 Single Breaker Lockouts, fit single, double and triple pole switches .3" - .6" high, .35" - .44" depth with or without hole, accommodates 1 padlock with shackle diameter up to 9/32"
• 1 Multipole Breaker Lockout, fits double and triple pole switches .3" - .6" high, .35" - .44" depth with or without hole, accommodates 1 padlock with shackle diameter up to 9/32"
• 1 Wall Switch Lockout, accommodates 1 padlock with shackle diameter up to 3/8"
• 10 Lockout Tags with legend, "DO NOT OPERATE". 50 lb. pull strength exceeds OSHA?s requirement
