Zing™ Lockout Tags

Lockout tags identify locked out equipment and provide critical safety information. These 055" thick recycled plastic tags are suitable for indoor or outdoor use, are easy to write on, and hold up against water, grease and a variety of chemicals. The tags exceed OSHA's 50 lb. pull strength requirement. Tags measure 5-3/4"H X 3"W and feature a 1/2" hole.
