The Eagle Disposal Can provides an intermediate station for temporary storage of liquid wastes. Spout cap opens to a wide 80 degree angle and can be locked open for conveniently emptying various type containers. All cans are equipped with a flame arrestor. The Eagle Poly Oily Waste Can is constructed of black high density polyethylene (HDPE) and offers fire safe temporary storage of solvent rags, waste rags, shavings and other materials subject to spontaneous combustion. Cans will not rust or dent, are resistant to most chemical compounds, have no seam for a leak proof construction, and feature a self-closing lid with foot lever and with a flared base for added stability. The Eagle Type 1 Safety Can is the only deep drawn seamless can made. Constructed of 24-gauge hot dipped galvanized steel, the cans have a double interlock no-weld bottom seam, a baked on powder coat finish with a trilingual label, a spring closing lid with neoprene gasket that vents at 5 psi internal pressure, and a non-sparking flame arrestor and pour spout. Yellow HDPE funnel is included. Funnel fits unleaded fuel tanks. Made in the USA. The Eagle Type II Safety Can is made of 24-gauge galvanized steel and helps reduce the danger of explosion while dispensing flammable liquids thru a flexible 12" metal spout. This design features two openings, one with a pressure-relief spring closing lid for filling, one with an actuated pour valve with a flexible metal spout for safer controlled dispensing. The filler spout and flame arrestors in both openings are non-sparking designed for flashback protection. Includes a 7/8" flexible metal spout and a red (for gasoline) powder coat finish. Meets D.O.T. requirements. Compliance: OSHA 29 CFR 1910.106, 1925.152 and NFPA Code 30 - UN/DOT-1A1/Y1.2/100/08/USA/M4990/0.6mm.
