Wearing this footwear while standing causes muscles to expand contract as they adjust to the flexibility of the sole. This muscle movement increases blood flow and the amount of oxygen going to the heart, thus greatly reducing fatigue. Every foot movement with an ErgoMate is absorbed by the give in the soles, reducing the effects of impact. The bottom of this footwear is made up of an EVA blend and the top consists of a high quality rubber blend.
