The Water-Jel® Multi-Unit Bleeding Control Kit contains three (3" Single Unit Bleeding Control Kits, each in a heat-sealed bag for one-time use, to help first responders on scene stop a serious bleeding wound. Each kit includes three core items: a SWAT-T (Stretch-Wrap-And-Tuck) tourniquet, a Water-Jel latex-free compression bandage, a Water-Jel NuStat Hemostatic dressing as well as other accessories.
