DuPont™ Tychem® 10000 Encapsulated Level A Suit provides excellent chemical barrier properties and is extremely puncture and tear resistant. Clothing delivers at least 30 minutes of barrier protection against more than 322 chemical challenges. This fabric was specifically developed for protection against toxic gases, corrosive gases, liquids and solid chemicals. It is best suited for industrial, hazmat and domestic preparedness applications.

• Encapsulated Level A garment provides the highest level of protection from liquid splash and vapor/gas exposure for both the wearer and respiratory equipment
• Standard faceshield is constructed of three layers – 40 mil PVC, 5 mil Teflon®, 20 mil PVC
• Two exhaust valves release higher pressure inside the garment while simultaneously helping to prevent inward leakage of external vapors or particles into the garment
• Valves are positive pressure and open on demand
• Suit features both attached internal laminate gloves and detachable external butyl rubber gloves
• A storm flap covers the zipper to reduce the potential for liquid or penetration
• Double taped seams provide strong chemical resistance against heavy liquid splashes
• Front entry design allows the wearer to partially don the garment without assistance
• Flat back design allows use with an airline
• Attached socks are composed of garment material
• Attached flaps are designed to cover boot tops to help reduce potential for liquid intrusion
• Each suit has a unique serial number and is fully tested to meet ASTM F1052 for positive air pressure integrity
