Mandatory Change - Effective April 1, 2020
Poster covers paid sick leave and expanded family & medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19 under the FFCRA (Families First Coronavirus Response Act). All employers with 500 employees or fewer and all public agencies (schools, federal and state agencies, and cities) must display a Paid Sick Leave poster.
