Grabber handle design makes these tubes easy to carry and works well for tying barricade tape. Tubes are made of flexible, fluorescent low-density polyethylene that is reboundable and reshapeable. UV inhibitors minimize fading of the tubes. Tubes come with two 3" reflective bands. Material has UV inhibitors to minimize fading. Rubber base sold separately.
