Americover Antistatic Fire Retardant Plastic Sheeting

Antistatic Fire Retardant Plastic Sheeting is a 6 mil polyethylne film specially engineered to prevent the buildup of static electricity and repel dust. Since ASFR6 was originally designed to meet the regulations of the telecommunications industry, it conforms to NFPA 701 and U L214 and is clearly marked as such with,"Anti-Stat / Fire Retardant Passes NFPA 701-15 Test 1 & 2", printed in red.

ASFR6 is the ideal plastic sheeting to use in hospitals, healthcare environments, data centers and any where you want to protect electrical equipment or create an antistatic dust barrier.

For projects that require a heavy duty material, we recommend our 6 mil string reinforced anti-static fire retardant plastic sheeting. It's made with a high-strength cord grid to prevent rips and tears that can occur when there's a lot of activity.
