This helps create a personalized fit and reduces the pressure on the forehead up to 30% compared to current 3M H-series hard hat suspensions. The smooth, easy-turning ratchet suspension sits lows on the head to increase security and reduce pressure.

• With the Uvicator Sensor, you'll know when it's time to replace a hard hat due to extended UV exposure. The sensor changes color from red to white as the hard hat is exposed to UV light, alerting the wearer that it’s time for a replacement.
