Lockout devices control energy sources and ensure machine and equipment remain inoperable to prevent unexpected start-up or release of stored energy in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements. This Double Pole Circuit Breaker Lockout features a bar clamp design, allowing the device to slide onto a breaker switch and lock securely into place. Simply lift open the handle, slide onto the breaker bar, then close the handle down and secure with a padlock (sold separately).
