This water-based coating is used to seal and lockdown odors commonly found on restoration projects. This multi-surface interior/exterior-grade sealant has great adhesion qualities and low permeability, so a single coat is highly effective on most projects. This encapsulant serves as a base coat primer/sealer offering excellent stain blocking qualities. It is best applied with an airless sprayer and easily cleans up with soap and warm water. Product is low odor and contains zero added VOCs.
