Chums® Flame-Resistant Breakaway Eyeglass Cord: PBI/Kevlar, Tan

This cord is the perfect safety accessory for all electrical, fire and rescue, utility, welding, and arc flash exposed work environments. This PBI/Kevlar cord will not ignite, smolder, melt, or drip when exposed to arc flash, direct flame, sparks, or welding spatter. A reconnecting breakaway cord pulls apart for safety. Cord is heat-resistant to 540ºF and has an arc rating of 15 cal/cm2, which meets NFPA 70E Hazard Risk Category 2.
