3M's SRX Made Easy program allows you to offer your employees protective eyewear and safety glasses that deliver innovation, leading-edge design, advanced optics and lens coatings, unique functionality and distinctive licensed brands. They will have the confidence of being protected and the assurance of looking good.
Customer program adminstrators, just follow the easy process outlined below:
- Use the Ordering Safety Eyewear link to verify safety eyewear eligibility of employee(s) and print a Safety Eyewear Approval and Prescription Form for them.
- Use the Eye Care Professional Locator to find an Eye Care Professional most convenient for your employee(s) to visit. You can search the entire state or by a specific Zip Code.
- Have your employee visit the Eye Care Professional for an exam and/or to choose and order their eyewear. The employee will be responsible for paying the dispensing fee and for any additional services received at the time of the visit.
- The Eye Care Professional will order the eyewear from 3M and will notify the employee when their order is ready for pick up.
- Once 3M ships the order to the Eye Care Professional, they will notify Conney Safety, and Conney Safety will invoice your account.
