3M™ Noise Indicator
The 3M Noise Indicator alerts users to potentially dangerous noise levels, helping identify areas where hearing protection may need to be worn. Users simply clip the unit to a shirt or jacket - the LED light delivers a clear indication when noise levels exceed a potentially hazardous threshold. A red flashing LED indicates that noise levels are above 85dB and that hearing protection may be required. A green flashing LED indicates that noise levels are below 85dB and that hearing protection may not be necessary. The Noise Indicator's small size (2"H X 1.4"W X 0.5"D) and lightweight design make it ideal for workers in a variety of industries. The rechargeable battery operates for up to 200 hours between charges.
