Just The FACTS - Eye Protection
(click above to download the PDF of our catalog page)

One, The LawThe LAW
The current standard is ANSI Z87.1-2003. It is required by OSHA for all Safety Eyewear. There are two categories of protection involved in this standard – Basic Impact and High Impact. Conney Safety only offers High Impact eyewear.

Two, The EssentialsThe ESSENTIALS
We’ve broken down the eyewear selection process into four simple categories. Weigh the options in all these categories, and you’ll be able to make the best possible choice for you and your workers.

STYLE
It’s important to remember that if a worker likes the way their Safety Glasses look, they will be far more likely to wear them all day. That’s why we offer:

  • Dozens of different frame shapes and styles
  • A variety of frame and lens colors
  • Sleek metal or hard plastic frames
  • Unique Eyewear from popular name brands such as Harley-Davidson® and Smith & Wesson®
  • Custom Eyewear featuring your company logo

COMFORT
When a pair of Safety Glasses is uncomfortable, workers will stop wearing them. Make sure every worker gets the fit and feel they want with:

  • Ratcheting temples that adjust to sit at the perfect angle
  • Temples that can be adjusted to different lengths
  • Straight or curved temple bars for comfort behind the ears
  • Molded plastic or adjustable rubber nosepieces

SAFETY
Of course, safety is still the main purpose Safety Eyewear. That’s why we offer:

  • Only high-impact-resistant polycarbonate lenses
  • Scratch-resistant coating on all lenses, unless otherwise noted
  • 99% UV protection or more on all lenses
  • A variety of lens colors for every light condition
  • Anti-Fog Coated Lenses for workers per forming in extremely hot, cold or humid conditions
  • Specialized Eyewear for those that require reading glasses or prescription lenses

VALUE
Our value-priced line of Safety Eyewear is the best way to provide your entire workforce with superior protection at an affordable price. These economical products are virtually the same as our most popular styles of eyewear – at a lower cost.
