The ESSENTIALS
DISPOSABLE COVERALLS
Coveralls are available in a variety of different fabrics. Choose the style that’s best for your specific application.
Spunbound Polypropylene
- Main advantages are economy, comfort and breathability
- Provides light, non-toxic fluid protection
SMS
- Provides an optimal mix of protection and comfort
- Appropriate for extended-wear jobs involving low to moderate non-toxic fluid contact
Coated Polypropylene
- Ideal for many situations demanding a higher level of splash protection
Polyethylene
- Impervious to moderate non-toxic fluid contact
- Provides excellent dry particle and aerosol protection at an affordable cost
- Minimal breathability, but very durable
Coated Polyethylene
- Regular Tyvek coated with a layer of impervious polyethylene
- The coating is essentially a thin film of melted plastic that keeps chemical splashes from leaking through the Tyvek
RAINWEAR
The coating of a rainsuit determines the chemical resistance, flexibility and durability.
PVC
- By far the most common rainsuit coating
- Economical and effective for a wide range of chemicals
Polyethylene
- More chemical resistant than PVC
- Stays flexible in cold weather
Neoprene
- Excellent chemical resistance in petrochemical environments
- Stays flexible in cold and heat
Rubber
