Freight Policy
Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped FOB Madison, Wisconsin unless otherwise specified
in the catalog. Freight will be billed at published shipping rates.
Products considered hazardous for shipping require special packing,
so handling and additional shipping charges will apply. For expedited
shipping, contact our customer service department for details and
additional shipping charges at 888-356-9100.
Returns or Exchanges
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, call us
for shipping instructions and return it within 180 days of the sale
date for full credit. You must contact Conney’s Customer
Service Department for confirmation and shipping instructions prior
to returning any products. All returns must be shipped
prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for
damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Items
not returned within 180 days of receipt will be subject to restocking
charges. Special order and dropship items are subject to the prior
approval and the returned goods policy of the manufacturer. Items
with custom artwork or imprints and custom ordered locks are not
returnable, unless the problem is due to our error.
