Customer Service Manager

We are a business to business distributor with aggressive growth goals searching for a Customer Service Manager in our Madison, Wisconsin call center.  This position is responsible for overseeing our high transaction customer call center, ensuring that call center standards are met on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

Prior B2B call center experience required
Ability to function in a fast based environment
Proven ability creating, documenting and implementing workflow processes
Prior experience managing call centers and management level positions
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to facilitate and implement change

Distribution Center Shirt Supervisor (11:30am-8:30pm)

We are looking for a shift supervisor in our Distribution Center in Madison. The selected individual will manage our workforce ensuring that we are effectively receiving inventory and processing customer orders in order to meet our accuracy, same day ship and other department metrics on a daily basis.
