Chicago Protective Apparel Aluminized Combo Gloves: 19 Oz. Rayon & Kevlar, 14"L
Aluminized clothing provides protection against radiant heat, sparks and molten metal mesh. Ideal for use in foundries, steel mills, casting shops, heat treating operations and welding shops. All clothing reflects 95% of radiant heat up to 2000ºF.Aluminized Kevlar/aramid fiber blend is a heavy-duty 19-ounce fabric that provides good protection from radiant heat, as well as good protection from sparks and molten splash. This fabric offers great durability and protection, plus Kevlar adds excellent abrasion and cut resistance. Combo Gloves feature a 19-ounce Kevlar/aramid fiber blend on the back for radiant protection up to 2,000ºF and a 22-ounce Kevlar/aramid blend palm for a working temperature of 400-600ºF.
