Brady® Lockout Hasp: Do Not Operate, 5/Pkg.
Make sure your workers are safe by supplying labeled lockout hasps for all of their group lockout procedures. Constructed from anodized aluminum alloy with tamper-proof tabs, they are impossible to remove while locks are still in place. Front and back of hasp feature a write-on surface that accepts pencil, pen or permanent marker. Pen and pencil markings can be easily erased allowing for repeated use. Each hasp has 6 lock holes which are 5/16" diameter.
