Brady® 480/660V Clamp-On Multiple Pole Breaker Lockout
Thia lockout works on multiple pole breakers. Use the thumbscrew to clamp the lockout securely onto the switch, then pull the cover over the thumbscrew and lock it in place to prevent the clamp from being loosened. Lockouts accept lock shackles up to 9/32" in diameter. Unit includes detachable cleats for use on longer switch throws.
